Every phase that we go through calls for some rethinking. We reassess who we are and how others perceive us. We change our outlook on life as we grow older and so, inevitably, do we change our inner makeup and our outer appearance.
Our skin ages, our hair grays, our waists thicken and we seek new ways of dressing to look our best. But should this mean that we must automatically abandon all ideas of youth and vitality? No! We are still attractive, we are still sexy, and we still need to feel good about ourselves.
